virginia: Im 15 but I'll be 16 in eight months, I live in West Virginia and want to know what i have to do to get emancipated. I just want to live on my own and be independent. Do i need to go to court? Will I need a lawyer? What would happen if my parents tried to fight against it? Can they do that?
