I will be driving with two licensed adults over 21. We will drive through Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and maybe Virginia. By the time we go I will have had my permit for five months.|||YOU can NOT drive in South Carolina. One of the adults will have to do the driving there. You may legally drive in all the other states you mentioned, however you must obey any restriction mandated by the state of Florida on your permit..

FYI, the states where you can NOT drive on a learners permit are: Arizona, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Vermont. You can NOT also drive in the District of Colombia, or within the City of New York..|||Can't drive out of state with a permit. If you get pulled over you will suffer the same penalty as someone driving with NO LICENSE. In most jurisdictions that might be arrest.|||A 5 minute phone call to your local DMV can clear this up. They will know the rules for going out of state with a permit, and whether or not other states recognize it.|||Call the licensing agent in your area and ask. Better to be safe than sorry.|||i would not advise it .. it would be better to let a license drive drive .|||I really don't think that's legal. And the laws differ in every state.|||as long as you r with a responsible parent or guardien and if the pull u over just tell them you r on vacation
