We bought a gemstone/mineral identification card, and when we got home, discovered that the IDs for the bottom line are not printed properly. We were able to hold it up to the light and figure out 3 of the 4 items, but the 4th has us baffled. It appears to start with a "W" and end with the word "stone," but really it could be anything that is alphabetically after turquoise. I could read the origin of "Virginia" pretty clearly. The stone is olive green with specks of orange and darker green in it. Any ideas??|||It sounds like you have a specimen of bloodstone. For a picture and written description go to the link in the source box.
