In Virginia, can you take a test to get rid of points on your license that have been put on there from getting tickets?|||Nope. You MUST request those kinds of classes BEFORE the points are added. Once they're on your record the only way to get rid if them is the passage of time, usually 3 years.|||Not sure about Virginia, but Florida has this class. I would also think that if it was possible, you would be getting tons of mail offering the class. When I got a ticket in Florida, I received no less than 20 "offers" within a week of the ticket. Classes normally need to be taken before the court date on the ticket.
