virginia: I am wanting to buy a shotgun. Money is not an issue, but buying one seems to be one. I am from Texas, but am enlisted in the Army in Virginia. From my understanding I need my Military I.D., Driver's License and my Orders. I've been told I also need proof of where I live. I live technically live in the Barracks, and some bills go there, but I live with my GF.
