You don't need to go to the DMV to NOT have a driver's license. If you want to practice medicine, get a license. If you want to endorse non-medical alternative treatments, advertise yourself as just that.|||What you will have to do is read what the law says about licensed providers. Then make sure you do not do anything that is restricted only to them. For example, if it says only a doctor can prescribe any kind of medication for the treatment of disease and then you turn around and prescribe some Willard Water (holistic water from Tonopah, Nevada) for gout then you could be tried for practicing medicine without a license.|||Practicing unlicensed medicine is a felony crime in Virginia. You can practice a lot of things, but not medicine without a license.
