Hey i need this for a small part on my report on Virginia and i can't seem to find it anywhere.|||I'm not sure Virginia ever did but other states around there might have. That sounds more like Alabama or Mississippi in the 1950s when new carpet baggers came down from the North to make trouble and cash in on it again. Not all were carpet baggers. Some were sincere civil rights advocates but they carried too many provocateurs with them.
