virginia: I have a Ninja 250r and I wanted to add a little pizzazz to the bike. Im not sure what exactly you can and cant do in regard to Virginia law.|||accent lighting i believe is ok but it can't flash ie: police lights. also allot of the states have tightened regulations regarding noise from the exhaust pipes. Seems like loud pipes can save lives, But big brother doesn't want want to hear it. you must check with your states D.O.T for Maximum decibels allowed|||I could not pinpoint that source online, but i will say this, in many states, if not all, red, yellow or blue accent lights(emergency colors) are not allowed while the bike is moving. i have purple accent lights on mine, Georgia.
