virginia: I am currently attending the West Virginia University, it is my second year here. i am trying to find out how and if i can apply for In-state tuition. i am going to get a West Virginia driver's license, and currently have an apartment that i have been living at for 7 months. what more do i have to do to get in-state tuition.|||You would need to contact the office of financial aid at WVU. They should be able to tell you how long you have to live here in order to be eligible for in state tuition. I live in WV and I think that you have to live here 3 years but I could be wrong.
