What are the laws about pet rent in Virginia?I am moving to Virginia and where I live now they cant charge pet rent.I dont want to pay 50 more dollars for my dog.Can they charge me?Can some one please help find any information on this please.|||THere is no state law; it varies from rental to rental. Lots of places don't charge anything to older responsible people with one well behaved pet|||contact your state rental agency|||I do not think you can rent a pet, you can with cars and horses but a house hold pets are not for rent.
