We just realized that my Grandmother didn't re-write the will that she wrote when she lived in New Jersey. She's been a resident of Virginia for several years now, the executor is a Virginia resident and it's uncontested. Does this pose a problem?|||As long as the will meets the requirements of Virginia law, it is irrelevant where the will was written. It becomes even less relevant than that if nobody is contesting the will.
