My dad won't let me go to school out of state :[ I live in Virginia, but I've heard that there are some colleges that offer in-state tuition rates to some out of state students (depending on which state they reside in) Does anyone know of a/some college(s) that offer there in-state rates to Virginia residents?|||This school does not charge out of state fees to any incoming freshman no matter what state they come from. You may qualify to have all your out of state charges waived your entire 4 years their as it is based on your GPA after your freshman year. Even in-state costs are affordable at this 4 year school.. only $1,800.00 a semester or 3,600 a year to attend full time. WOW!. Your Dorms will be less than 1000 a semester and meal plans start at around 1,300 a semester.

Bet you can't find another 4 year university out of state that affordable.
