I live in vancouver and since the cookies are going to be handmade, i would like the cookies to reach my friend ASAP. When you call them be sure to be able to tell them how much the package will weigh since that does make a difference, doesn't it?|||Food is not allowed across the border into the US, so if you want them to reach your friend, you should drive to Virginia yourself, and tell the border guards that the cookies are for your own consumption.
