I'm from the Blacksburg area and a huge fan of Virginia Tech, but good God their offense is atrocious. They couldn't complete a pass to save their lives and Taylor is a horrible scrambler. Their defense hasn't been the greatest today either, and I'm still waiting for some great Beamer ball on special teams. What do you think? I think that we need to start hitting NC, SC, and MD a lot harder for recruiting. We aren't even getting the best players in VA anymore.|||Taylor is just being afraid to scramble, he does not want to get hurt. He IS a great scrambler when he can get going. And look the won. There was bad officiating also, they should have called pass interference in the last quarter and they did not. Tyrod made a great pass, and he is a good passer its the receiving that needs to step up also. Im a loyal hokie fan myself and will always be. What do you mean not getting good VA players? Of course we are getting good recruiting, look at David Wilson, and we have Logan Thomas of course he will ideally red shirt although Id like to see him on special teams blocking. There are plenty more good players we have recruited, Ed Wang's brother is one but he got hurt during the spring. Ryan Williams is a big pick up and look what he has done.|||Looks like he just made a big play.
