I have a history project & all I want to know is some attributes that the Virginia Colony had to offer back when it first started. Thank You! :]|||Few. Starvation, malaria and hostile Amerinds. Conditions were so intolerable that Jamestown was temporarily abandoned in its second year. Attributes: (1) Growing some (unknown) crop on free land for export profit and (2) escape from a miserable existence in England for (unknown) opportunity, also known as freedom.
