How long will it take a letter from Virginia to come to California by regular mail? Thank you.|||Within the United States, The US Postal service is supposed to provide the same service for every state. Geographical distances has no bearing on the service. It would be safe to assume, therefore, that a letter mailed in Virginia would reach California within 3 working days, including Saturdays, because they deliver mail on Saturdays as well.
